GenZ Play Fest is strictly for attendees aged 18 years and above. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Valid government-issued photo ID may be required at the point of entry. Misrepresentation of age will result in immediate denial of entry without refund.
Smoking and vaping of any kind — including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, hookahs, and all nicotine or cannabis products — is strictly prohibited within the festival grounds. GenZ Play Fest is committed to providing a clean, healthy, and inclusive environment for all attendees. Any person found smoking or vaping on-site will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow guests, staff, performers, and volunteers. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, physical violence, and any form of intimidation will not be tolerated. GenZ Play Fest reserves the right to remove any person violating this code from the premises without refund.
Illegal drugs and unauthorized substances are strictly forbidden on the festival grounds. Any person found in possession of or under the influence of illegal substances will be handed over to law enforcement and removed from the event without refund.
Weapons of any kind — including knives, firearms, pepper spray, and any item that could be used as a weapon — are strictly prohibited. Security will conduct bag checks at all entry points. Prohibited items will be confiscated and may result in denial of entry.
Alcohol consumption is permitted only within designated areas and for attendees of legal drinking age. We encourage responsible drinking. Anyone found intoxicated to the point of being a danger to themselves or others will be removed from the event. No alcohol may be brought into the venue from outside.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. Each ticket grants entry to one person for the specified date. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalidated. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event.
By attending GenZ Play Fest, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. You grant GenZ Play Fest and its partners the unrestricted right to use your likeness in any media for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without compensation.
GenZ Play Fest, its organizers, sponsors, partners, and venue shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising from attendance at the event. Attendees participate at their own risk. Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
GenZ Play Fest reserves the right to change the lineup, schedule, venue, or date of the event at any time. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, government orders, or security threats), tickets may be transferred to the rescheduled date or refunded at the discretion of the organizers.
Personal information collected during registration and ticketing is used solely for event operations, communications, and analytics. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
GenZ Play Fest is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free event. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, hookahs, and all cannabis products. We are committed to creating a healthy and enjoyable environment for everyone. Anyone found violating this policy will be removed from the venue without refund.
